Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of AppPublish Hub by developers, publishers, buyers, downloaders, visitors, and all other users of the platform.

Effective Date: March 26, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AppPublish Hub, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Publish Policy, Download Policy, and any additional rules, notices, or platform guidelines. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Platform Nature

AppPublish Hub is a platform that may host, list, review, distribute, promote, or facilitate access to apps, digital content, and related materials submitted by developers or publishers. We may act as platform operator, marketplace facilitator, reviewer, moderator, or service provider depending on the service type.

3. Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this platform. If you are acting on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.

4. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that are false, abusive, risky, or non-compliant.

5. Developer Obligations

• Developers must own or have sufficient rights to publish the app, content, name, logo, screenshots, and materials submitted.
• Developers must not upload malicious, deceptive, infringing, obscene, unlawful, or harmful content.
• Developers are responsible for app functionality, data collection, permissions, ads, SDKs, support, and legal compliance.
• Developers must not violate intellectual property, privacy, consumer protection, or cybersecurity rules.

6. Review, Approval, Rejection, and Removal

We reserve the absolute right to review, approve, reject, suspend, unpublish, limit visibility of, or remove any app, account, listing, asset, or content at any time, with or without prior notice, where we consider it necessary for compliance, security, platform integrity, user protection, legal risk management, or policy enforcement.

7. Fees, Charges, and Payments

Platform fees, commissions, subscription fees, listing charges, promotional fees, review fees, refund deductions, taxes, withholding amounts, and payout terms may apply. All such financial terms may be published separately or agreed by notice, invoice, dashboard, subscription plan, or contract.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform structure, branding, software, design, and non-user-generated content belong to AppPublish Hub and/or its licensors. Developers retain ownership of their own apps and materials subject to any license granted to us for hosting, reviewing, displaying, promoting, distributing, and enforcing policies.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Uploading malware, spyware, trojans, ransomware, hidden code, or harmful scripts.
• Impersonation, identity fraud, false claims, or deceptive listings.
• Copyright infringement, trademark abuse, and unauthorized publishing.
• Attempting to bypass security, payment systems, moderation, access restrictions, or platform controls.
• Using the platform for unlawful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.

10. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, takedowns, copyright claims, developer-user disputes, and policy complaints may be handled under our applicable policy, internal review process, payment provider rules, and applicable law.

11. Disclaimer

The platform and all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete security, app quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppPublish Hub, Sasthodoot Tech, and their owners, officers, staff, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, reputational harm, business interruption, or third-party claims arising from use of the platform.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppPublish Hub, Sasthodoot Tech, and related persons from claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, losses, and expenses arising from your content, app, account use, legal violations, infringement, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for policy violations, legal concerns, security risks, inactivity, false information, payment issues, or misuse of the platform.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, unless another law is mandatorily applicable. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts and legal forums having jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
