App Download Policy

This App Download Policy explains the rules and conditions that apply when users browse, access, download, install, or use apps made available through AppPublish Hub.

1. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that any app they choose to download or install is suitable for their device, operating system, business needs, and legal environment. Users should review app details, screenshots, permissions, ratings, developer information, and policy disclosures before downloading.

2. Third-Party Developer Apps

Many apps on AppPublish Hub may be submitted by third-party developers or publishers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AppPublish Hub does not become the author, owner, or warrantor of every listed app merely by hosting, linking, or distributing it.

3. License to Use

Downloading an app does not transfer ownership of the app or its intellectual property. Users receive only the limited rights granted by the developer, publisher, or applicable license terms.

4. Security and Risk Notice

While we may apply reasonable review or moderation steps, no platform can guarantee that every app will be error-free, uninterrupted, fully secure, or compatible with all devices. Users download and install apps at their own reasonable discretion and risk.

5. Prohibited User Actions

• Do not redistribute paid or restricted apps without authorization.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, resell, or misuse apps where prohibited by law or license.
• Do not use downloaded apps for unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

6. Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks

Paid app downloads, in-app products, subscriptions, promotions, or digital purchases may be subject to separate billing, payment, refund, and dispute rules. Eligibility for refund or reversal may depend on platform policy, developer policy, technical evidence, fraud checks, consumer rights, and payment-provider rules.

7. Updates and Availability

Apps may be updated, modified, restricted, discontinued, delisted, or removed at any time by the developer or platform. We do not guarantee continued availability of any particular version, feature, file, or download link.

8. User Data and Permissions

Before installing any app, users should carefully review requested permissions and privacy disclosures. App behavior after installation may depend on the developer’s own systems, SDKs, analytics, and privacy practices.

9. Device and Compatibility

AppPublish Hub is not responsible for device incompatibility, storage issues, OS limitations, performance degradation, battery usage, account conflicts, or other device-level effects unless caused directly by our own platform infrastructure.

10. Takedowns and Restricted Apps

We reserve the right to disable or remove downloads where an app is reported for legal, security, intellectual property, fraud, privacy, safety, or policy concerns.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppPublish Hub and Sasthodoot Tech shall not be liable for losses, device damage, business interruption, lost profits, data loss, account compromise, or third-party harms resulting from downloaded third-party apps, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you believe an app is harmful, infringing, deceptive, or non-compliant, please contact the platform support team with relevant details so the matter can be reviewed.
